I am taking some time this Tuesday morning to look through my 2022 SECOLIVE workbook— mind blown. Highly recommend! So freaking proud of myself and the growth from this time last year- and damn if some of these bigger goals aren’t still the same!! Love and miss you all.

This weekend felt like puzzle pieces being intentionally put in place. I’ve been learning in a spiral—these aren’t new ideas to me, but I believe them more than I did before. Embracing the spiral nature of learning is so freeing. No one needs to learn everything all at once, and the learning is richer when we allow the time it takes to absorb it.
I felt so comfortable exploring all of this with all of you. It’s pretty fucking special that we have a space where we can embrace the wholeness—comfortable and uncomfortable—of our wonderful selves.
